On Monday, June 29, our attorneys and staff gathered at Seasons 52 in Sunrise for a morning of professional development followed by an enjoyable team lunch. The event brought together members of every department, providing an opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate the hard work that drives our firm forward every day.
An Engaging Presentation by Former FBI Special Agent Tom Simon
The highlight of the event was an outstanding presentation by Tom Simon, a retired FBI Special Agent, Licensed Private Investigator, Forensic Accountant, and nationally recognized keynote speaker.
Tom delivered a fascinating session titled:
“Using FBI Behavioral Science for Business & Personal Success: FBI Strategies to Boost Sales, Inspire Teams & Influence Others.”
Drawing from his years of experience conducting complex investigations and interviewing subjects in high-stakes situations, Tom shared practical strategies that can be applied in both professional and personal settings.
Throughout the presentation, our team learned:

- Effective rapport-building techniques used by FBI agents

Following the presentation, the team stayed to enjoy Seasons 52’s summer lunch menu.
The relaxed atmosphere provided an opportunity for attorneys and staff from different departments to spend time together outside the office, share ideas, and strengthen the relationships that make Leeder Law such a collaborative workplace.
The fresh seasonal menu, great conversations, and plenty of laughter made for a memorable afternoon. Team members enjoyed catching up with colleagues, reflecting on lessons from the presentation, and simply taking time to appreciate one another’s contributions to the firm.
